As a BI Engineer - Specialist in Analytics as Services - operate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide high-quality services. Your work will involve continuous improvement and the optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services. As a Specialist, you will leverage your technical skills and specialized knowledge to support specific projects, conducting detailed analyses and providing advisory input. You are expected to adapt to a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and consistently deliver quality results that drive value for clients and contribute to the team's success. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will apply a learning mindset, appreciate diverse perspectives, and actively engage in feedback processes to develop your potential and sustain performance. You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, building commercial awareness and applying professional standards to uphold the firm's code of conduct. Responsibilities Supporting managed services by optimizing processes and tools to enhance client operations Conducting in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction Managing delivery teams and programs to maintain operational performance and service quality Designing and implementing automation frameworks to streamline business processes Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions Utilizing project management skills to oversee service delivery and meet client expectations Applying technical knowledge to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize workflows Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives Developing and executing project plans to validate timely delivery of services Monitoring service level agreements to confirm adherence to client standards What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 1+ years of experience BI Engineer, SAS, SQL Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Excelling in automation framework design and development Demonstrating proficiency in business process automation (BPA) Utilizing operational performance management (OPM) strategies Supporting digital transformation initiatives with managed services Conducting in-depth analyses for process optimization Applying technical know-how in service management and delivery Adapting to fast-paced environments with a focus on client support .
