Role Description The Channel Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dera Bassi, focused on building and managing relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth for Dovetail Solutions Tally and digital transformation offerings. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves identifying and onboarding new channel partners, nurturing existing partner accounts, and coordinating sales activities to achieve territory and product targets. The person in this position will conduct partner meetings and product demos, provide sales enablement materials, and support partners in solution positioning, deal structuring, and closure. Responsibilities include tracking partner performance, maintaining accurate sales and pipeline reports, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product, and support to ensure partners receive timely information and customer service. The role also involves gathering market and partner feedback to help refine channel strategies and improve offerings. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Channel Sales and Channel Partners management skills, including experience in partner acquisition, enablement, and relationship development.Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to support partners in closing deals, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of end-customer satisfaction.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present solutions clearly, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Relevant experience in B2B software, ERP, or digital transformation services is highly beneficial, especially with Tally or similar business solutions.A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.Ability to work independently on-site in Dera Bassi, manage multiple partner accounts, and meet sales targets within defined timelines. .
