This role turns inbound leads into booked demo calls: through fast, disciplined outreach, and by improving the emails, CRM automations, and in-product flows that feed the funnel so conversion keeps rising without manual effort every time. What you'll own Convert inbound into demos work every business-domain registration and high-intent trial, reach out same-day, qualify, and book demos; tight follow-up cadence; own speed-to-lead. Improve conversion at the system level onboarding/lifecycle email copy & sequences, internal CRM automations (routing/follow-ups/reminders), in-product "Book a demo" nudges & campaigns via Gleap or similar; run experiments and double down on what lifts conversion. Success metrics Business-domain MQLs contacted within 24 hours (~100%).Demos booked per week / month.MQL demo and demo paid conversion trending up month over month.Improvements shipped to email / CRM / in-product flows and their measured lift. Fit 13 yrs SDR / inbound / growth at B2B SaaS (PLG / self-serve funnel a big plus).Comfortable with a technical audience (QA, developers, PMs, founders).Strong, persuasive outreach copy; enjoys testing it.Hands-on with CRM, email sequencing, and in-product tools (Gleap, Intercom, or similar).Data-literate; excellent written English (global inbound base). Nice to have Developer/technical product experience; Saleshandy or similar; product analytics basics. .
