As they continue to scale their technology platform, they are looking for a hands-on Team Lead Full Stack (AI-Native) to lead engineering initiatives, mentor developers, and build intelligent, AI-powered products that serve thousands of customers every day. The ideal candidate already builds with AI coding assistants and has experience delivering production-grade AI-powered solutions. About the Role As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of full-stack engineers while remaining deeply involved in architecture, development, and delivery. You will be responsible for building scalable applications, driving AI-native engineering practices, and ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and reliability across the platform. You will work across modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and AI systems to build fast, scalable, and intelligent commerce experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of Full Stack Engineers while remaining hands-on with development. Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, MongoDB, Redis, and AWS. Drive AI-native development workflows using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar AI coding assistants. Experience building REST APIs and GraphQL services. Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, and AWS. Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker, and modern software engineering practices.
