Contribute technical innovations aligned with market needs and emerging trends. Leverage AI tools to enhance design review, verification, and development efficiency. Identify and implement opportunities for performance improvement and optimisation. Collaborate closely with industrialisation, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams. Coordinate with suppliers, alliances, and technology partners for outsourced development. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, PDP, and design QA frameworks. Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation. Conduct milestone reviews, technical demonstrations, and ensure smooth integration across cross-functional teams. Promote technical mentorship through training programs for core and cross-functional teams. Demonstrate ownership, collaboration, and commitment to excellence, especially during critical milestones. Skills & Qualifications Strong fundamentals in electronics, microcontroller-based embedded systems, and communication interfaces. Hands-on experience with electronic components (passive/active), ICs, and sensors. Proficient in component selection and integration based on technical requirements and constraints. Skilled in creating block diagrams, schematics, design calculations, BOMs, and documentation. Experience with hardware/firmware design, simulation, testing, and debugging tools and methodologies. Proficient in schematic and PCB design tools such as Eagle, Altium, etc. Expertise in writing optimised, reusable, and scalable code in Embedded C. Ability to create and execute comprehensive test plans to validate design performance. Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities throughout development and validation stages. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of ownership.
