Project Role : Technology Support Engineer Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution. Must have skills : Network Infrastructures Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: We are seeking an experienced F5 GTM & LTM Engineer with strong expertise in application delivery, load balancing, DNS traffic management, and security solutions using F5 BIG-IP platforms. The candidate will be responsible for design, implementation, migration, troubleshooting, optimization, and operational support of enterprise F5 infrastructure including LTM, GTM/DNS, SSL offloading, high availability, and traffic engineering across enterprise and cloud environments. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, deploy, configure, and support F5 BIG-IP LTM, F5 BIG-IP GTM/DNS, High Availability (HA) environments. Configure and manage Virtual Servers, Pools and pool members, Health monitors, SNAT/NAT, SSL, TCP profiles and irules. Implement global traffic management solutions using GTM/DNS. Configure Wide IPs, DNS listeners, load balancing, custom health monitors, and GTM pools. Perform URL redirection and traffic steering using iRules and GTM policies. Manage SSL offloading, SSL bridging, and certificate lifecycle management. Troubleshoot Application availability issues, SSL handshake failures, DNS resolution problems, Traffic routing issues & High latency and failover issues. Configure and maintain One-arm and two-arm deployments, Routed and transparent modes & VLANs and trunk interfaces. Support application onboarding and cloud migration activities. Implement security hardening and best practices on F5 appliances. Perform software upgrades, UCS backups/restores, and license management. Work with network, security, server, and application teams during deployments and incidents. Automate operational tasks using APIs, Ansible, Terraform, or scripting. Prepare SOPs, architecture diagrams, RCA documents, and operational documentation. Qualified & Technical Skills: F5 Technologies Strong hands-on experience with: - F5 BIG-IP LTM - F5 BIG-IP GTM/DNS. LTM Expertise Virtual servers Load balancing methods Persistence profiles SNAT AutoMap vs SNAT pools SSL offloading and bridging TCP/HTTP profiles Health monitors iRules and traffic policies One-arm vs two-arm deployments Routed mode configurations GTM Expertise Wide IPs GTM pools DNS listeners Topology load balancing DNS persistence Delegation and DNS integration Data centre failover LDNS concepts DNS Express basics Certifications (Required/Preferred): F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator (F5-CA) F5 Certified Technology Specialist (CTS-LTM / CTS-DNS) AWS/Azure/GCP certifications CCNA/CCNP Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 8-12 years of experience in Big IP F5 GTM/LTM Operations Support and deployment.
