Role Description This full-time, remote Workday Adaptive Planning Developer role is responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining planning models and related integrations in Workday Adaptive Planning. Day-to-day tasks include building and optimizing financial and operational models, creating dashboards and reports, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes. The developer partners with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, performing system testing, documenting configurations, and recommending enhancements to improve performance and usability. Qualifications Solid experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (modeling, configuration, reporting, dashboards, and integrations). Solid knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling concepts. Proficiency in data analysis, data validation, and working with large data sets from multiple sources. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable system configurations. Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications; familiarity with ERP and related financial systems is beneficial. Competence in troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and change management in a production environment. Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team. Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in technology services or consulting environments is a plus. .
