Job Description: Achieve sales targets through personal selling by visiting the market and driving the distribution system Manage the distributor system, including front-end and back-end infrastructure Analyze, extract, and use MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities to improve execution and performance in the respective geography Negotiate with distributors and develop distributor personnel on customer management to obtain more business Cultivate and leverage trade relationships to strengthen market position Generate and provide market feedback and reports to the branch office Analyze ways to improve competitive market position through improved customer service Systematically monitor distributor and distributor sales team performance and take corrective action on infrastructure gapsRequirements: Minimum full-time graduation required Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales Excellent in ROI calculations and RS distribution management Well-versed with RS appointment and sales planning Experience conducting promotional activities and execution Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel Decent communication in English and the local language desiredBenefits: .
