Assistant Manager - Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Cyber IAM Managed Service_Entra ID We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager with a strong background in Identity and Access Management and at least 7+ years of professional experience, particularly with Microsoft Entra ID. The ideal candidate will manage projects, lead teams, and deliver strategic IAM solutions aligned with business objectives At least 7+ years of professional experience in IAM, with strong exposure to Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory. Strong expertise in Entra ID identity management, application access, user/group lifecycle, identity federation, SSO, MFA and Conditional Access. Experience with identity governance, access reviews, privileged access, RBAC, authentication, authorization and compliance controls. Hands-on exposure to hybrid identity integration, directory synchronization, app registration, enterprise applications and service principals. Good understanding of security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP and certificate-based authentication. Experience with incident, change, problem, request and service management processes in managed services or client environments. Ability to work with Security, Operations, Application Owners and Service Providers to improve IAM solutions and operational delivery. Excellent documentation, presentation, reporting and client stakeholder management skills. Oversee the design, implementation and management of Microsoft Entra ID solutions, including identity federation, SSO, MFA and Conditional Access. Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality and operational readiness of IAM solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Entra ID with applications and platforms while optimizing identity management and access security. Develop and enforce identity governance frameworks, policies and procedures to support compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide expert guidance and support to clients and stakeholders, addressing IAM challenges, requirements and improvement opportunities. Manage and mentor IAM team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of IAM infrastructure to identify risks, access gaps and security improvement areas. Stay informed on identity and access management trends and implement Microsoft Entra ID best practices Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalent IAM / Microsoft security certification preferred Experience Level Senior Level .
