Role : Team Lead Outbound Sales Location: Bangalore, India Shift: Rotational (Primarily UK/AU Shift 10:30 AM IST to 7:30 PM IST) Working Days: Monday to Friday About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Team Lead Outbound Sales to lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Executives while actively contributing to sales performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring a team, driving sales excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced international environment. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for achieving team targets, coaching team members, ensuring smooth shift operations, and supporting seller onboarding for global English-speaking markets including the UK, US, Canada, and Australia.
