Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced NOC Server Engineer to provide advanced 24x7 operational support for cloud-hosted server infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments. This role is responsible for server operations, Kubernetes (EKS) support, major incident resolution, infrastructure monitoring, and cloud platform reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Linux and Windows administration, cloud infrastructure, observability platforms, and operational excellence within a high-availability environment. About the Role We are seeking an experienced NOC Server Engineer to provide advanced 24x7 operational support for cloud-hosted server infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments. This role is responsible for server operations, Kubernetes (EKS) support, major incident resolution, infrastructure monitoring, and cloud platform reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Linux and Windows administration, cloud infrastructure, observability platforms, and operational excellence within a high-availability environment. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced troubleshooting and operational support for Linux and Windows servers hosted in AWS and Azure. Act as an escalation point for P1/P2 incidents and participate in major incident management activities. Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Splunk, Grafana, and other observability platforms. Support AWS services including EC2, VPC, Route 53, Security Groups, Load Balancers, CloudWatch, EKS, and RDS. Support Azure infrastructure services, Azure VMs, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Azure networking. Troubleshoot Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, node health issues, pod failures, scaling concerns, and workload availability. Execute operational activities and validate infrastructure changes following approved processes and runbooks. Ensure accurate documentation of incidents, escalations, and resolutions within ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms. Support infrastructure automation using Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, and Python. Participate in RCA reviews, problem management, and operational improvement initiatives. Drive monitoring improvements through alert tuning, dashboard enhancements, and observability optimization. Collaborate with NOC, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Incident Management teams to ensure service stability. Mentor junior engineers and support technical knowledge sharing across teams. Ensure seamless operational continuity through structured shift handovers and follow-the-sun support practices. Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, NOC, SRE, Infrastructure Support, or Production Support environments. Strong hands-on experience supporting AWS and/or Azure infrastructure services. Advanced Linux and Windows Server administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and log analysis experience. Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes (EKS) .
