Key Responsibilities * Plan, create, and manage content for social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. * Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth. * Create compelling copy, visuals, and videos tailored for different audiences and platforms. * Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for growth. * Manage content calendars to ensure consistency and timely delivery of posts. * Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community discussions. * Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and ROI. * Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, events, and promotions through social media. * Optimize social media posts for maximum visibility and performance. Required Skills and Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. * Proven experience in content creation and social media management. * Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut. * Creative thinking and the ability to generate new and engaging content ideas. * Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Experience * Minimum of 24 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation. * Experience in managing brand pages or influencer accounts is preferred. * Portfolio or samples of previous content work will be an added advantage. Working Hours * Flexible working schedule with core hours between 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (IST). * Remote work setup allowing work-life balance and location flexibility. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Deep understanding of digital storytelling and branding. * Knowledge of SEO and content optimization practices. * Ability to manage multiple social media platforms and maintain brand consistency. * Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus. * Strong analytical skills for tracking performance metrics. * A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a virtual team environment.
