Business Unit Description: This role sits within HR Operations, a team that plays a key role in supporting Brinks global workforce and advancing enterprise HR priorities. The function is responsible for delivering efficient, scalable HR services and ensuring consistent execution of core people processes, partnering across global HR, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to deliver seamless employee experiences and reliable HR operations at scale. As part of Brinks global operating model, the team helps drive consistency, efficiency, and service excellence, enabling the business to operate more effectively and support employees across the full lifecycle. What Youll Be Doing (Position Summary): The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and test scripts, collaborating with development teams, and supporting continuous integration and delivery processes. They will also support as a QA Analyst who will ensure applications and systems meet quality standards through structured testing, validation, and defect identification. This role is designed for someone who can bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline to technology delivery. The role will partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate needs into actionable plans, manage delivery quality, and help ensure solutions are released with the right level of readiness, control, and user alignment. How Youll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities): Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, and backend applications.Create and enhance test automation frameworks for scalability and maintainability.Execute automated regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end test suites.Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA team members to understand requirements and define test strategies.Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on product quality and release readiness.Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.Support root cause analysis of production issues and contribute to quality improvements.Promote best practices in test automation and quality engineering.Support functional testing Experience: ~47 years of relevant experience in the applicable functional, analytical, technical, or operational area.Experience supporting technology projects, program delivery, business analysis, QA/testing, release readiness, or portfolio execution.Experience operating in Agile, SDLC, or structured delivery environments with cross-functional stakeholders.Experience testing enterprise systems or applicationsExposure to Agile delivery environmentsBachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Who You Are (Skills / Qualifications): Must Have Skills: Experience in test automation framework development
