Account Executive - Female

Job Title: Account Executive Location: Madhapur Hyderabad Experience: 1-3 Years Salary: Up to 3.5 LPA (Based on experience) Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive with hands-on experience in Tally , Auditing , and Inventory Management . The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent record-keeping skills, and the ability to manage financial transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting transactions. Record and maintain financial data in Tally ERP/Tally Prime . Prepare vouchers, invoices, purchase orders, and payment entries. Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow records. Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents. Conduct periodic audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Maintain inventory records and reconcile stock with physical inventory. Monitor stock movement and coordinate with warehouse/store teams. Prepare GST-related data and support statutory compliance. Generate MIS reports and financial statements as required. Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding account reconciliations. Required Skills Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime . Good understanding of Accounting Principles . Experience in Auditing (Internal/External). Knowledge of Inventory Management and stock reconciliation. Familiarity with GST , invoicing, and bank reconciliation. Good knowledge of MS Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Eligibility Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field. 13 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience with Tally, auditing, and inventory management is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of ERP systems (other than Tally) is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
