Job Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business by sourcing customers for 3-wheeler vehicle finance, maintaining strong relationships with dealers and channel partners, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring quality business acquisition in the allocated territory. Key Responsibilities Generate new business for 3-wheeler vehicle finance. Develop and maintain relationships with automobile dealers and channel partners. Identify and acquire potential customers through field visits and market activities. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Guide customers through the loan application process. Coordinate with the Credit team for timely loan processing and disbursement. Maintain regular follow-ups with dealers and customers. Collect and submit customer documents as per company guidelines. Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred). Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in NBFC, Banking, Vehicle Finance, or Financial Services. Experience in 3-wheeler or vehicle finance sales will be preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply. Required Skills Strong sales and negotiation skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Dealer and customer relationship management. Target-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently in the field. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Office). Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Salary As per company standards and candidate experience.
