The person in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted outreach to key accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching prospects, initiating contact via email, phone, and social channels, and scheduling discovery meetings for the sales team. The Sales Development Representative will maintain accurate records in the CRM, collaborate closely with account executives and marketing, and provide feedback on messaging and campaigns. This role contributes directly to pipeline growth and requires consistent activity, follow-through, and a strong focus on learning Empheres AI remediation offerings.Qualifications Demonstrated Inside Sales and Lead Generation experience, including outbound prospecting and managing inbound inquiries. Robust Communication skills with a focus on clear, concise business messaging and active listening. Proven Sales and Business Development abilities, such as qualifying opportunities and supporting deal progression.Comfort working in a technology-focused environment; interest in AI, cloud, or developer tools is beneficial. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet activity and pipeline targets. Proficiency with CRM systems and basic sales tools (e.g., email sequences, prospecting platforms) is preferred.Relevant experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity/cloud infrastructure sales is a plus. Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in sales or a related field is preferred. .
