Salary 50-60k Experience - 5-10 years Role Description The Project Delivery Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of construction projects. This position manages project timelines, coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include planning project activities, monitoring progress, resolving delivery bottlenecks, and aligning logistics and inspections with project milestones. The Project Delivery Manager will liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure materials, documentation, and approvals are in place, while maintaining accurate reporting on project status, risks, and corrective actions. The role also involves supporting audits, client reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project productivity and safety performance. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and progress tracking.Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on materials, documentation, and vendor deliverables and ensure on-time project completion.Candidates should possess Inspection skills to support quality checks, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications at construction sites.Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate materials movement, site deliveries, and resource allocation for project activities.Relevant experience in construction or infrastructure project delivery, preferably in safety-focused or consulting environments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; professional certifications in project management or safety are an advantage. .
