We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in integrating Salesforce with Qualtrics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience delivering at least 3 to 4 projects involving Salesforce-Qualtrics integration, and should be comfortable working across both platforms to build seamless data flows and automated workflows. Please share an updated profile to kavitha@simpliigence.com (+91) 74839 25904 Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and Qualtrics (survey triggers, response syncing, XM Directory sync, embedded data mapping, etc.) Work with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, or native connectors to enable bi-directional data exchange between Salesforce and Qualtrics Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements around customer experience (CX), survey distribution, and feedback loops Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and data sync errors Document integration architecture, data mapping, and technical processes Work closely with QA teams to test integration flows end-to-end. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer (Apex, LWC/Aura, SOQL, Flow, Triggers) Proven experience integrating Salesforce with Qualtrics in 3 to 4 projects minimum. Familiarity with Qualtrics platform (Surveys, XM Directory, Workflows, APIs) Experience with REST/SOAP web services, JSON/XML data formats Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules) Experience with integration/middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar) is a plus Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certification preferred Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Good communication skills to work with cross-functional/client teams Good to Have Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud / Experience Cloud Exposure to CX/VoC (Voice of Customer) programs Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. .
