Treetops Adventure joined the family in December 2021 and is scaling new heights, providing challenges for adventure seekers at all levels. Currently we have 16 locations around Australia. Treetops Adventures feature exciting and challenging obstacle courses high up in the tree canopy, that will have all the family swinging, leaping, climbing, and flying through the forest. About the role We are on the hunt for Instructors to join the team at our Nowra site. You will be flying high in the sky on ropes courses and outdoor adventure experiences. You will have flexibility in your work availability including weekends. You will hold a Working with Children Check as well as First Aid and CPR. Key Responsibilities include: Deliver exceptional customer service and assist guests with activity information and bookings Conduct safety briefings and ensure participants understand procedures and equipment requirements Fit and inspect safety equipment, ensuring all activities operate safely and efficiently Monitor participants throughout activities and provide support when required Complete daily operational, safety and equipment checks in accordance with company procedures Respond to incidents and emergencies, including participant rescues where required Assist with park opening and closing procedures Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and general upkeep of the park and facilities Benefits and perks Competitive remuneration Work life balance Employee discounts across the company Employee Wellbeing Platform Career Progression Don’t miss out on joining a leading company that welcomes innovated ideas and is dedicated to providing quality services.
