With the Centre Manager & Director of Studies (CM-DoS), responsible for the success of the ELICOS centre, through the management of educational delivery: to an industry-leading standard of quality in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory environment Essential: A degree or diploma of at least 3 years full-time or equivalent (teaching or other) A suitable TESOL qualification or qualification that contains TESOL as a method Dynamic, talented educator Detail sensitive, excellent initiative, time management, prioritization, and task completion skills Team player, with strong interpersonal skills High standards of written and spoken communication Desirable: CELTA and DELTA or Masters in TESOL or Applied Linguistics IELTS, Cambridge exam preparation courses, Academic English teaching experience Experience using classroom technology, online teaching and e-learning skills Strong MS Office competencies, including Outlook, Word and Excel Experience in developing, writing and managing high-quality teaching resources and materials What we offer An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
