Job Responsibilities Oversee monthly financial reporting and ensure timely, accurate management reports Manage statutory reporting, regulatory filings, and ensure compliance with local accounting standards Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and corporate secretarial service providers Ensure alignment between local statutory reporting and regional/group reporting requirements Maintain and strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and accounting processes Drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and month-end closing timelines Support regional finance projects and standardisation initiatives across Southeast Asia Lead, mentor, and develop the local finance team to build a high-performing finance function Collaborate with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives Perform other finance-related projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, audit, or finance management, with leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements Experience managing audits, tax matters, and regional reporting is an advantage Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
