About us We are a well-established property maintenance business servicing real estate agencies throughout South East Queensland. We specialise in general property maintenance, repairs and smaller projects. We are not a full renovation company – our work is predominantly maintenance, repairs and property upkeep. About the role You will be responsible for assessing maintenance requests and preparing accurate quotes for our clients. This is a role that requires someone who can think practically and understand how things are built, rather than simply putting numbers into a computer. Your day to day will include: Reviewing maintenance requests, photos and scopes of work within our Licence Scope Attending properties to assess works and determining the correct method and materials required Estimating small to large quote requests and preparing accurate and competitive quotes Sourcing and pricing materials and project requirements to ensure quotes are accurate Communicating with Key stakeholders regarding quotes and job requirements Ensuring quotes are completed and returned within required timeframes Following up outstanding quote information where required Identifying additional works or potential issues while onsite Entering and maintaining accurate information within our job management system Working directly with the Manager to drive company growth What we expect from you: Good experience and knowledge of residential property maintenance and repairs Previous experience in carpentry, maintenance, building or a similar trade Strong computer skills and confidence using job management systems (all quotes are sent electronically) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good understanding of materials, labour requirements and construction methods The ability to source and accurately price materials Strong attention to detail Good organisational and time-management skills The ability to manage priorities A current manual driver's licence What you will get from us: Flexibility with hours Company Work Ute with fuel card Long-term position with an established and growing business Combination of office-based quoting and site assessments Opportunity to utilise your trade knowledge without being on the tools full-time Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with the business
