This is a Contractor Position About the role You will operate the kitchen at the Russell RSA, providing restaurant services including lunch and dinner service. You will deliver a quality dining experience to guests using the spacious and modern kitchen facilities available. Key responsibilities Operate the kitchen Friday to Sunday for lunch and dinner service Provide occasional catering for special events Deliver quality dining experiences About you Enthusiastic and creative Ambition and ability to deliver quality dining experience About us We operate the Russell RSA in historic Russell in the Far North. We have a spacious and modern kitchen with full plant, refrigeration, furniture, tableware, cutlery, crockery and serving dishes. We also have a lovely dining room, large covered courtyard, cosy fireplace, and bar facilities.
