Accounting Depth: Do you have strong accounting knowledge with proven adaptability and experience in account setup and consolidation ? Key Responsibilities: Your Strategic Mandate You will be leading both the team and the financial infrastructure: System Migration: Lead the transition of accounts from Google Sheets to accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) to ensure timely generation of monthly P&L statements. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight. Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports. System Oversight: Oversee account setup, consolidations, and integration of financial systems. Strategic Support: Support business restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and new business ventures. Risk & Improvement: Prepare account consolidations, identify financial risks for stakeholders, and design improvements to team workflows and financial statement structures as needed. 🛠️ Skills That Give You an Edge (Nice-to-Have): Do you have any of these skills? They will make you a stronger fit for complex operational finance: Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is a plus. Experienced with crypto transactions and handling foreign exchange gain/loss or relevant fields is a plus. Mandarin language skills preferred.
