We service everything from high-volume conferences and tour groups to elegant afternoon high teas, business lunches, and premium à la carte dinners. We are now seeking a dedicated, passionate Breakfast Chef to ensure our guests start their day with an premium culinary experience. About the Role Service Delivery: Setting up and executing our premium buffet-style breakfast service to an exacting, Premium standard. À La Carte Cooking: Preparing fresh, high-quality, made-to-order breakfast dishes for discerning diners. Prep & Production: Assisting with culinary prep for our afternoon high teas and busy lunch service. Quality Control: Maintaining immaculate food safety, presentation, and hygiene standards across the kitchen. Inventory Control: Managing stock levels and proactively replenishing the buffet to minimize waste while ensuring abundance. Team Collaboration: Working closely with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain a smooth, seamless morning service. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a professional professional who takes genuine pride in their craft. You will bring: Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume hotel or premium restaurant environment. Technical Skill: Proven competence across buffet, banquet, and fast-paced à la carte services. Attributes: A positive attitude, a passion for the hospitality industry, and strong verbal communication skills. Flexibility: Availability and willingness to work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
