Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English At least 3 Year(s) of Payroll and HR generalist functions working . Possess strong interpersonal and human relations skills Well verse in Employment Act, Malaysia HR regulations and procedures Required Skill(s): Microsoft excel and words (typing in Mandarin words), HR2000 QuickPay . Must be able to understand mandarin (read, write and speak) as we are deal with mandarin speaking and reading vendor and consultant. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Job Description : Manage all HR letter preparation and approval process. Handle payroll process including commission calculation, OT calculation, leave entry, statutory report and payment, preparation of monthly report and analysis. Responsible for compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and etc. Responsible in the revision of HR policies and procedures in line with organization's mission and vision. Support management in formulating and implementing HR strategies towards reaching company goals and objectives. Knowledge in leading team member to growth with the company Tidy and proper safe keeping of employees' personal file and data
