About the role Responsible for administration of the company's account receivable and payable as well as membership/loyalty programme. Key responsibilities Prepare and handle customer invoicing and collection activities Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies in billing and payments Maintain accurate records of receipts, collections, and adjustments in the accounting system Prepare AR aging reports, collection reports, and cash flow updates for management Review and ensure that all vendor invoices or requests for payment are supported with appropriate documentation and approval in accordance with the approved Delegated Authority Limit (DAL) Process using a 3-way match between vendor invoices, purchase order and delivery order to avoid paying incorrect or fraudulent invoices Reconcile vendor statements and correct any discrepancies Manage the day-to-day administration of the company's Registered Consultant Benefits Programme (RCBP) Identify, approach and onboard new partners to enhance the value and attractiveness of the programme About you Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls Assist in improving receivables processes and collection efficiency Build and maintain strong relationships with programme partners to ensure smooth collaboration and mutual value creation Negotiate benefits, rewards, promotional offers and participation terms in line with the programme's objectives Research market trends and potential partnership opportunities to strengthen the programme offering Coordinate with internal team and partners on joint campaigns, promotional activities and communication initiatives to stakeholders Monitor usage, programme participation, redemption trends and related activity reports Handle enquiries, complaints, and service issues related to the programme in a timely and professional manner Others Assist in the annual audit and annual tax submission. Maintain appropriate filing of financial record. Carry and perform any other duties as and when instructed by Head of Department or Management Qualifications Minimum Diploma in Accountancy and/or Business Administration or Degree in Accounting and/or Business Administration and/or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent. Minimum two (2) years of related working experience in the regulatory, fund management, unit trust, banking or financial institution.
