As a Head Chef: we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to hit the ground running with our Kitchen team. You will be working in a fast-paced dynamic environment leading the Kitchen team as well as working in the Hot Kitchen or Deli or Bakery. We are looking for the following attributes from the new Head Chef: Proven experience as Head Chef Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress Outstanding communication and leadership skills Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes Good understanding of Food Control Panel as per Auckland Council requirements Credentials in health and safety training Degree in Culinary science or related certificate This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a new challenge and develop their skills in hospitality.
