Senior Finance Executive

Key responsibilities Prepare and maintain accounting records and journal entries. Maintain full set of accounts, including account reconciliations and financial schedules. Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities when required. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of accounting processes, ERP systems, and internal controls. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Participate in finance transformation and process improvement initiatives. Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management. About you Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience. Knowledge of full set accounting is essential. Audit experience is an added advantage. Good understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and Malaysian tax regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP and MES systems is preferred; knowledge of Epicor ERP will be an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
