About the role Responsible for preparation of annual financial report which includes ESG and corporate governance and quarterly financial results announcement. Prepare quarter, half-year and year-end consolidation for reporting purposes. Prepare announcements for release on SGXNet. Prepare budgets and forecast for quarterly management meeting. Responsible for treasury and cash receipts/payments. Implement/improve internal control process and work closely with internal auditor to rectify any lapses in control process. Oversee and manage accounting system migration. Oversee and provide support to the finance team on any accounting matters. Liaise with internal and external auditors, sponsors, lawyers, bankers and other professional parties.
