ACCOUNT AND FINANCE MANAGER (F&B INDUSRTY)

Lead the Development of the Financial Backbone for Malaysia's Fastest-Growing F&B Group Kokos operates 18 outlets across Klang Valley under two brands and we're not slowing down. As our Finance Manager, you won't just be maintaining the books. You'll be building the financial infrastructure that powers our next phase of growth. What You'll Own Financial Planning & Reporting — Lead budgeting, forecasting financial analysis and risk management. Prepare management reports that give leadership clear, actionable visibility on the business. Cash Flow & Working Capital — Manage daily liquidity, optimise payables and receivables cycles and ensure the business always has the cash it needs to operate and grow. Cost Control — Dig into food cost, labour cost, and overheads across all outlets. Find the savings, close the leaks and work with operations to make it stick. Compliance & Audit — Keep the company clean on SST, corporate tax, e-invoice and MFRS. Own the external audit relationship and make it smooth. Banking & Financing — Manage banking facilities, negotiate credit lines and support fundraising as we scale. You'll have a seat at the table for strategic financial decisions. Implement Process Improvements & Internal Controls — Continuously review and enhance financial processes and controls to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. You're the Right Fit If You Have Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACCA/CIMA/MIA preferred At least 5 years of experience in finance and in a managerial role.
