About us As the world’s most international luxury hotel brand, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts is synonymous with refined travel, cultural connection and timeless hospitality. For decades, we have set the benchmark for luxury experiences by blending global expertise with a deep respect for local identity — creating hotels that are as distinctive as the destinations they call home. At InterContinental Auckland, this philosophy comes to life through a strong focus on culinary excellence. Located at One Queen Street , our hotel has quickly established itself as a leader within Auckland’s premium hospitality landscape, with dining at the heart of the guest experience. Our flagship restaurant, Advieh Restaurant & Bar, celebrates bold, modern Middle Eastern flavours paired with exceptional New Zealand produce. Created in partnership with renowned chef Gareth Stewart, Advieh has proudly retained its Cuisine Good Food Award Hat since 2024 and is recognised as a Michelin Selected Restaurant in 2026. These achievements reflect the creativity, precision and uncompromising standards of our culinary team.
