Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for a designated kitchen section, ensuring dishes are consistently prepared and presented to a high standard. Assist with food preparation, ensuring accuracy, consistency and attention to detail. Prepare and plate food efficiently while maintaining quality during busy service periods. Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to provide a seamless member experience. Engage positively with members in our open kitchen , building rapport and creating friendly, welcoming interactions. Be approachable and comfortable answering basic questions about dishes, ingredients and preparation. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety within your section. Support and assist junior team members, sharing knowledge and helping develop their skills. Prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods to ensure service runs smoothly. Use kitchen equipment, ingredients and other business resources responsibly. Follow all reasonable and lawful instructions and directions from senior kitchen management.
