Role Responsible for leading financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance and performance analysis, cash flow and cost control. The role also oversees finance operations and governance, supports financial policies, investment and business expansion initiatives, and provides strategic financial insights to management and internal stakeholders for informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyse financial reports, including variance and performance analysis. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Monitor cash flow, cost control, and overall financial performance. Support strategic initiatives, investment analysis, and business expansion plans. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide financial insights for decision-making. Oversee finance operations, team management, and financial governance. Requirements Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines. Strong accounting background is a must. Familiar with listing requirements and regulatory compliance. Experience in internal and/or external audit. Strong intellectual capability (IQ) and emotional intelligence (EQ). Strong commercial acumen, common sense, and sound judgement. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Highly adaptable, proactive, disciplined, and solution-oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Added advantage Experience in property development industry. Knowledge of corporate finance, capital structuring, or international funding. What we offer Exposure to group-wide strategic initiatives.
