Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Sales Engineer with experience selling products and solutions to the electronics manufacturing industry. In this role, you will serve as a key account manager, responsible for managing strategic customers and distributor relationships, driving business growth, and identifying new sales opportunities. What will you be doing? Achieve sales targets and business objectives within assigned accounts and territories. Develop new business opportunities and expand market share in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, PCB, EMS, automotive electronics, and industrial sectors. Identify customer needs and promote suitable MacDermid Alpha products and solutions. Generate and manage a sales pipeline to support sustainable business growth. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners. Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and future projects. Gather customer feedback and communicate market opportunities to internal departments. Maintain accurate account information and sales opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and management reports. Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Technical Service, Supply Chain, and Operations teams. Participate in trade exhibitions, technical seminars, and customer events. Who are You? Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field preferred. 4-7 years of sales experience in the electronics or chemical industry. Candidates with experience in either equipment sales or chemical sales are welcome to apply. Experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Solder Paste, Die Attach Materials, or Flux Systems is an advantage. Willingness to travel as required to perform sales duties and able to commute to client factories in the Eastern Seaboard area. Candidates based in Chonburi will have an advantage. Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively at a business level. What competencies will you need? Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Ability to communicate with and support customers in a professional manner. Team player with strong time management skills. Possession of a valid driver's license and ownership of a car for local business travel within Thailand.
