HR Payroll / Outsourcing service provider

Location : KL Eco City 5 days work week fully onsite Must have experienced in payroll (1 or 2 years) Global EOR company (Good exposure and learning opportunity) Responsibilities : Manage the full cycle of EOR service delivery, including onboarding, payroll coordination, offboarding, and daily delivery follow-up Coordinate with internal teams and external EOR/local service providers to ensure timely and accurate execution Track project timelines, identify delivery risks or exceptions, and drive resolution in a proactive manner Support service quality monitoring and continuously improve delivery processes and SOPs Prepare delivery reports, data summaries, and operational insights for internal review Requirements : Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Human Resources, Business, or related fields is preferred 2+ years of experience in EOR, PEO outsourcing or human resource, vendor management, or project/service delivery Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and external partners Proficiency in both Chinese and English for daily business communication Benefits : Additional year-end bonus Commercial medical insurance At least 12 days of annual leave after probation Ample promotion opportunities and development prospects Excellent onboarding training, mentorship from department heads HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, kindly send your resume in MS WORD format to ••••@trustrecruit.com.my or please click on “ Apply Now ” and provide the below details in your resume.
