About the role We are looking for a strong analytical FP&A Assistant Manager/Manager who will drive group financial planning, consolidated reporting, and strategic analysis. You will provide analytical guidance on business unit activities and assist in providing dashboards, operational business insights and commentary on variances and key performance drivers to the executive leadership team. Key responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting process Coordinate monthly and quarterly rolling forecast cycles across all operating countries Develop complex dynamic financial models to project long-term corporate performance Establish standardized planning templates and timelines across the group Partner with corporate functions (HR, IT, Legal) to manage HQ department budgets Prepare and present variance analysis and commentary to explain monthly results against forecast/budget/prior year in a timely manner Deliver monthly executive reporting packages Recommend and drive cost-saving initiatives and help to promote a culture of innovation Perform macroeconomic trend analysis and scenario planning for risk mitigation Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics 8-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A Experience operating within a corporate headquarters or multinational corporate structure Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to break down problems, draw insights from data and make recommendations to business Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the business Advanced knowledge of Excel required Hands-on experience with ERP and Planning systems (e.g. Netsuite, Anaplan, Hyperion etc) Fluent in English both verbal and written Organized, demonstrate skills in prioritization & ability to multi-task By submitting this application for employment to PDG, you hereby acknowledge that you consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure (to relevant third parties) of your personal data by us for the purposes of evaluating this application [and for other potential vacancies in the future].
