Position : Securities Settlement Specialist Company overview : Financial services Working Location : Jln Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, 50450 Kuala Lumpur Working Duration: Contract with PERSOL until 22 Feb 2027 Remuneration : RM2,300 to RM2,600 with statutory contribution & leave entitlement Are you an experienced Securities Operations professional with a strong background in Equities, Fixed Income, and Trade Settlement ? We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Securities Settlement Specialist to join a leading global financial institution, supporting the Australia Market Settlement Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless trade settlements whilst contributing to strategic projects and system enhancements. What You'll Be Doing Process and monitor settlement transactions across Equities, Fixed Income, Cash, and Discount products. Manage trade releases and pre-matching activities to ensure timely settlements. Perform settlement reconciliation and investigate discrepancies. Ensure operational controls and compliance with established procedures. Support UAT, system enhancements, and key transformation initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth settlement operations and service delivery. What We're Looking For Experience in Securities Settlement, Custody Operations, Trade Processing, or Capital Markets Operations. Strong knowledge of: Equities Settlement, Fixed Income Settlement, Cash Products, Securities Operations & Trade Lifecycle Management Familiarity with Australia market settlement processes is highly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification. Why Join?
