Finance Manager 财务经理

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Malaysia finance operations while supporting the expansion of our regional finance function across Asia Pacific. This role is ideal for finance professionals with listed company or NASDAQ subsidiary experience who are looking to broaden their regional exposure and partner closely with senior management to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the company's finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management reporting. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, taxation, and financial planning. Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to support business decisions. Oversee month-end and year-end closing, internal controls, and statutory compliance. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities. Lead and develop the finance team while improving finance processes and systems. Requirements Must-Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Finance or Accounting. Experience in a listed company or NASDAQ-listed subsidiary is required. Mandarin proficiency to support communication with regional stakeholders across Asia. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. Independent, analytical, and able to lead a finance team. Nice to Have Experience with US GAAP . Experience in the IT, Software, or Technology industry. Regional or APAC finance exposure.
