About the Role As the Group Finance Manager , you will lead the Group Finance Operations, overseeing group-wide financial management, consolidation, reporting, and team performance. You will work closely with senior management to drive financial integrity, efficiency, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead preparation and review of consolidated financial statements for the group Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes across entities Review and present group financial performance to senior management Lead financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reviews Identify cost optimization and efficiency improvement opportunities Oversee group-wide cash flow planning and liquidity management Lead, mentor, and develop the group finance team Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders Foster collaboration across finance departments and business units Lead or support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects assigned by senior management What We’re Looking For: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certificates such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are a plus. Experience: 5+ years of progressive Big 4 audit background, including experience managing multi-entity or regional consolidation Industry Background: Experience in financial services or fintech is preferred. Leadership: Proven experience in managing or leading a small finance team. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with accounting software. Competencies: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous and highly organized approach. Attributes: Ability to take initiative, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and act as a strong team player. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment typical of fintech; genuine interest in or prior exposure to digital assets is a plus Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Demonstrates the ability and mindset to leverage AI tools to improve work efficiency, productivity, and quality, while continuously exploring new ways to enhance business impact.
