MANAGEMENT TRAINEES, RED CARPET BANKING (NATIONWIDE)

About this Role As one of the leading financial institutions in Malaysia and in tandem with our growth and expansion, we invite young dynamic individuals who aspire to excel in a banking career to join us as Red Carpet Banking Executive Trainee. In this role, you will build and maintain long-term relationships with affluent, high net-worth customers of the Bank and deliver premium customer experience. You will undergo a 12-month specialised programme which will provide you with the foundational training and development you need for this position. What You’ll Do Provide quality customer experience and maintain good customer relations Perform operational activities involving financial transactions for Red Carpet Banking customers Cross-sell the Bank’s financial products and services to existing and potential customers Ensure strict compliance to operational guidelines and regulatory requirements What We’re Looking For A recognised degree Strong business acumen and analytical thinking Outgoing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Performance-driven, dynamic and motivated towards building a successful career in banking.
