FINANCE MANAGER

Monthly Financial Reporting · Oversee and review monthly financial closing and reporting. · Ensuring compliance with accounting standards. · Provide financial analysis and commentary. · Liaising with various departments to obtain information required for monthly financial closing process and analysis. Budgeting · Prepare annual budgets · Liaising with various departments to obtain information required for budgeting process and commentary. · Track actual vs budget variance · Provide recommendations for cost control Internal Controls & Compliance · Implement and monitor internal controls · Oversee stock counts and asset verification · Oversee internal and external audits and liaise with auditors · Oversee tax filings and liaise with tax agents Team Management · Manage finance executives · Allocate work and monitor productivity · Train staff and improve processes Process Improvement & Systems · Assist in the implementation of SAP B1 · Improve reporting automation · Strengthen financial procedures · Reduce inefficiencies in finance operations Qualifications & Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline. · Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. · Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred. · Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. · Experience in managing month-end and year-end closing processes. · Experience working with cross-functional departments to obtain financial and operational data for reporting and analysis. · Familiarity with SAP B1 preferred. · Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal departments and management. · Strong analytical and critical thinking ability. · Ability to work independently and under tight reporting deadlines.
