Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities: Manage full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL). Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and due dates. Review and verify invoice details, ensure approvals. Prepare daily bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of transactions. Prepare payments in a timely manner. Prepare actual cash flow reports for management review. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments (maintenance, Procurement, etc) for invoice clarification. Supporting the e-invoicing process, including invoice verification and submission. Maintain accurate accounting records and filing of payment documents. Assist in the preparation and submission of local tax and statutory requirement. Assist in month-end and year-end account closing processes and reporting activities. Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time. To undertake and perform any other job functions as and when required Job Requirements: Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with strong computer literacy Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy in all accounting tasks Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders. Familiar with SQL / Accounting software will be added advantage Good in time management and able to meet deadlines. Able to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
