Responsibilities Manage customer orders and verify accurate data entry. Draft quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and associated sales documentation. Liaise with customers, warehouse, logistics, and internal teams regarding order fulfilment. Facilitate order amendments, cancellations, and time-sensitive requests. Assist in customer account creation and documentation. Support Sales Representatives with order status updates and client requests. Track order progress and communicate updates to customers and the sales division. Address customer enquiries concerning orders, pricing, inventory availability, and deliveries. Troubleshoot order-related issues and organize corrective measures. Maintain organized filing and record management. Execute additional ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed by management. Requirements Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Order Processing. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
