Position : Sales Support Executive (Costing / Tender / Quotations) Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon) Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days Annual leave + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300 Duration : Permanent Industry : Commercial Kitchen Equipment Main Responsibilities: Prepare equipment quotations based on sales team requirements Source pricing, specifications, and lead times from suppliers Compile and submit tender documents, cost estimates, and pricing schedules Review tender requirements and ensure accurate costing submissions Coordinate local and overseas shipments with suppliers and freight forwarders Prepare and verify import/export and delivery documentation Maintain records and update data in ERP system (e.g., SAP) Track project timelines and follow up to ensure on-time delivery Liaise with internal teams to support smooth project execution Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field 2-3 years of experience in costing, tender preparation, or related roles. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage. Able to work effectively under tight schedules and meet deadlines.
