About the Organisation Capel Sound Community Hub — operating as Rosebud West Community Hub Ltd — is an independent not-for-profit, registered charity and the largest Neighbourhood House serving the Southern Mornington Peninsula predominantly. It delivers community programs, education, food relief, a community café and room hire, supported by around 50 active volunteers and a full, highly engaged Board of Directors. About the Role As Hub Manager, you'll be the operational heart of the Hub — translating a clear strategic plan into day-to-day impact, while working as a genuine peer alongside the Early Learning Centre Director. It's a hands-on, community-facing role for someone who is as comfortable presenting to the Board as they are unpacking deliveries or hosting a community lunch.
