About the role As Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. You'll work closely with our veterinarians, nurses and reception team to ensure exceptional patient care, efficient operations and a positive, supportive workplace culture. Key responsibilities Overseeing daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional client service Managing rostering, inventory, supplier relationships and financial processes Supporting and developing team members through leadership, training and regular staff reviews Maintaining compliance with veterinary industry standards and regulations Driving clinic performance through planning, reporting and continuous improvement Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective systems and processes About you Previous experience in veterinary, medical or allied health practice management (preferred) or at least five years of veterinary nursing experience in a senior role Strong leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team Proficiency with practice management software and business administration A client-focused mindset and a passion for animal welfare Confidence making decisions and the ability to work independently About us At Richmond Veterinary Clinic, we're proud to be a trusted part of our community as an independent, privately owned practice providing high-quality, personalised veterinary care to pets and their families.
