About the role This role provides daily administrative and coordination support to the Sales team, managing customer orders, documentation, and inventory coordination across sales operations. Key responsibilities Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the Sales team Process customer Purchase Orders (PO), sales orders, Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices Prepare quotations and follow up on customer orders and deliveries Maintain accurate customer, sales and order records Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouse and freight forwarders on delivery arrangements Monitor stock availability and update the Sales team on inventory requirements Assist with import/export and shipping documentation where required Handle customer enquiries and provide order and delivery updates Maintain proper filing of contracts, quotations, PO, DO, invoices and other business documents Prepare basic sales reports and update order status for management About you Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics or equivalent 1–2 years of administrative or sales support experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Good communication and organisational skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently Experience in the chemical, logistics or industrial sector is an advantage Basic knowledge of Singapore import/export procedures, GST and shipping documentation is an added advantage
