Senior Finance Executive

Job Description Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation and monthly closing. Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow reports, budget and financial analysis. Monitor project costing, progress billing, collections and payment schedules. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and relevant authorities. Assist in bank facility applications, loan drawdown, annual review and financing documentation. Ensure proper documentation, internal control and compliance with company SOP and statutory requirements. Assist in preparation of audit schedules, tax schedules and supporting documents. Monitor cash flow planning and project fund utilization. Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors and external parties on finance matters. Ensure compliance with MFRS, tax regulations and E-Invoice requirements. Possess knowledge in MFRS reporting standards, tax compliance and E-Invoice implementation. Support management reporting and undertake any ad-hoc assignments assigned by Management/ Head of Finance. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience for Senior Finance Executive position. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience for Assistant Manager position. Experience in property development, construction or project-based industry will be an added advantage. Familiar with full set accounting including E Invoicing, project costing, cash flow monitoring, financing documentation, and MFRS compliance/reporting. Wiling to learn and participate in project cash flow projection and financial planning for the entire development project cycle. Wiling to explore and gain exposure in a Public Listed company (PLC) environment. Knowledge in audit, tax and statutory compliance requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and accounting systems (MHW). Good communication and coordination skills with ability to work independently. Responsible, committed and able to work under tight deadlines.
