About the Role We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of enterprise Finance, Risk & Compliance Systems (FRCS). This role bridges Finance and Technology teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, operational stability, and continuous improvement across both legacy and modern cloud-based platforms. You'll play a key role in Agile delivery, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration while helping shape the future of enterprise finance technology. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of Finance, Risk & Compliance Systems (FRCS) initiatives across multiple platforms. Collaborate with Product Owners, Finance stakeholders, and Technology teams to prioritise and manage the product backlog. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Identify and remove delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies to keep projects on track. Ensure solutions meet Finance business requirements, compliance standards, and internal governance policies. Support release planning, change management, and production readiness activities. Monitor delivery metrics such as sprint velocity, cycle time, burn-down charts, and overall delivery performance. Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, Agile best practices, and retrospective feedback. Requirements 5–10 years of experience in Delivery Management, Scrum Master, Agile Project Management, Product Delivery, or System Implementation. Strong experience working in Agile environments with backlog management and sprint delivery. Good understanding of Finance Systems, ERP platforms, or Finance, Risk & Compliance processes. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Business, Technology, and third-party vendors. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience supporting enterprise applications, including both legacy and cloud-based platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining delivery quality and operational stability. Nice to Have Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or other Finance systems . Knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe , or similar methodologies. Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence , or other Agile delivery tools. Experience in Finance Transformation or Digital Transformation programmes. Scrum Master, Agile, PMP, or related certifications are advantageous.
